What I build

Four things, done properly, instead of twelve done badly.

A website is the flagship. What happens after the phone button gets pressed usually decides whether the job is actually won — so that is sold too, plus the one thing that only makes sense case by case.

The flagship offer

Contractor websites

A website built to produce calls, not to exist.

Custom design, real copywriting, a mobile layout built around the phone button, and the technical SEO underneath it.

  • Design that is actually yours

A palette, a typeface and a layout chosen for your business. Not a theme with your logo dropped into the header.

  • The copy, written

This is the part clients dread and the part that decides whether the site works. I write it from a call and your existing material, and you approve it.

  • Mobile built first

Most of your traffic is a phone held one-handed, often by someone standing in a wet room. That is the layout I design first and the rest follows.

  • A page per service

Written properly, with its own FAQ and its own pricing explanation. This is how you show up for “water heater repair” instead of only your business name.

  • Your photography, placed well

Edited, cropped and sequenced. If you have none, I use licensed stock and tell you exactly which shots to go take.

  • Technical SEO finished

Titles, descriptions, canonicals, OpenGraph, sitemap, robots and structured data. The part Google reads and you cannot see.

  • Lead capture that works

Short form, validated, delivered where you will actually see it. Four fields, not eleven.

  • Fast, static hosting

No WordPress, so nothing to hack, nothing to update and nothing to slow down. Deployed and handed over.

  • I do not build online stores or booking systems that take payment.
  • I do not do 70-page city-spam SEO. It does not work any more and it makes you look cheap.

After the button is pressed

Lead automation

The lead is worth nothing if nobody gets to it for six hours.

Instant notifications, missed-call follow-up, CRM connections, review requests. The work that happens after the form is submitted.

  • Instant lead alerts

Text and email the second a form is submitted, with the details formatted so you can act from a phone without opening anything.

  • Missed-call follow-up

A caller who does not get through gets a text back straight away, instead of dialling the next company on the list.

  • CRM and scheduling connections

Into whatever you already use — Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, a spreadsheet. I connect what exists rather than selling you a new system.

  • Review requests

A request goes out after the job is marked done, at the moment the customer is most likely to write something.

  • Intake and quote routing

Different trades, different urgency, different people. The right lead reaches the right person.

  • A written runbook

Every workflow documented in plain language so it is not a black box only I can maintain.

  • I connect and automate tools you already have. I do not build a CRM from scratch and you should not want one.

By consultation

AI phone reception

By consultation

Answering the calls you are currently missing.

Call screening, after-hours intake and message capture. Scoped case by case — this one gets a conversation before it gets a quote.

  • After-hours intake

Name, number, address and the nature of the problem captured while you are asleep, in your inbox by morning.

  • Call screening

Sales calls filtered out, real customers routed through.

  • Overflow answering

For the July afternoon when three people call at once and all three go to voicemail.

  • Appointment requests

Captured and passed to whoever books your calendar.

  • This is scoped and priced per business. Nothing is promised on a website that has not been deployed for a real client.
  • It does not replace a dispatcher and I will not pretend it does.
How it works

Optional, month to month

Ongoing support

For when the business changes and the website should too.

Updates, new service pages, automation maintenance and conversion work. Optional — the site does not need it to keep running.

  • Content and photo updates

Send them however is easiest. Usually live the same day.

  • New service pages

Written and built to match the rest of the site as you add trades.

  • Hosting kept working

Deployments, domains, certificates. You should never think about any of it.

  • Automation maintenance

Workflows adjusted as your tools and your process change.

  • Conversion improvements

Based on what the form submissions are actually telling us.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most projects start as a website and pick up automation once the calls start coming in. One call is enough to work out which order makes sense for you.
