The flagship offer

A website built to produce calls, not to exist.

Custom design, real copywriting, a mobile layout built around the phone button, and the technical SEO underneath it.

The problem this solves

Most contractor websites are a brochure that somebody stopped updating in 2019. They load slowly, they bury the phone number, and they describe the company in language the owner would never use out loud.

What I build is the opposite of that: a small number of pages that each do one job, written the way a good contractor actually talks, and laid out so that the next action is never in question.

What’s in the build

  1. 01

    Design that is actually yours

A palette, a typeface and a layout chosen for your business. Not a theme with your logo dropped into the header.

  2. 02

    The copy, written

This is the part clients dread and the part that decides whether the site works. I write it from a call and your existing material, and you approve it.

  3. 03

    Mobile built first

Most of your traffic is a phone held one-handed, often by someone standing in a wet room. That is the layout I design first and the rest follows.

  4. 04

    A page per service

Written properly, with its own FAQ and its own pricing explanation. This is how you show up for “water heater repair” instead of only your business name.

  5. 05

    Your photography, placed well

Edited, cropped and sequenced. If you have none, I use licensed stock and tell you exactly which shots to go take.

  6. 06

    Technical SEO finished

Titles, descriptions, canonicals, OpenGraph, sitemap, robots and structured data. The part Google reads and you cannot see.

  7. 07

    Lead capture that works

Short form, validated, delivered where you will actually see it. Four fields, not eleven.

  8. 08

    Fast, static hosting

No WordPress, so nothing to hack, nothing to update and nothing to slow down. Deployed and handed over.
