Starting points, not a menu.

Every project is scoped and quoted before any work begins. These three tiers are where most contractors land — the number that actually applies to you comes after one call.

  • 01No checkout, on purpose
  • 02Written scope before any work
  • 03Stripe invoice — 50% to start, 50% at launch
  • 04You own the site, the domain and the content

The tiers

Launch

A contractor whose current site is actively costing them calls.

$1,500

Typical range $1,500–$2,000

The fastest route from a website that embarrasses you to one that works. Same design standard as the flagship builds, fewer pages.

  • Custom design — not a theme with your logo on it
  • Up to 6 pages, including 3 service pages
  • Copywriting for every page (this is usually the hard part)
  • Mobile-first build with a call-first layout
  • Your photography edited and placed, or licensed stock if you have none
  • Technical SEO: titles, descriptions, schema, sitemap, robots
  • Lead form delivered to your email
  • Static hosting setup and launch

Usually live inside a week once photos and content are in.

Operator

A contractor who wants the lead handled, not just captured.

$5,000

Scoped per project. Most land $5,000–$8,500.

The website plus the plumbing behind it. What happens in the four minutes after somebody presses the button is usually worth more than the button.

  • Everything in Growth
  • Lead notification workflows — text and email, instantly
  • Missed-call follow-up
  • CRM or scheduling connection where you already have one
  • Review request automation after a completed job
  • Quote and intake routing
  • A written runbook so none of it is a black box
  • Custom software built from scratch
  • Anything requiring a licence or subscription you do not already hold

Three to four weeks. Automation is built after the site is live.

Ongoing support

Ongoing support

Scoped per project

Month to month, cancel any time

  • Content and photo updates
  • New service pages as you add trades
  • Hosting and deployment kept working
  • Automation maintenance and changes
  • Conversion improvements based on what the form is telling us

Optional. Plenty of clients take the site and never need me again, which is fine — it is static, it does not rot, and there is no plugin to update.

Why there is no checkout

A cart button would mean either overcharging you or under-delivering.

A three-service plumber and a nine-trade shop with a maintenance plan are not the same job. So instead of a checkout, this is the whole process — five steps, nothing hidden.

  1. 01

    Send the form

A few lines about the business and what the current site is failing to do.

  2. 02

    Call

Twenty minutes. What you do, where you work, what you want more of.

  3. 03

    Written scope

Pages, price and timeline in writing, before anything is built.

  4. 04

    Invoice, 50% down

A Stripe invoice, not a checkout. Half up front holds the slot.

  5. 05

    Work starts

Build begins once the deposit clears. The other half is due at launch.

Questions

Pricing, answered plainly

Most contractor sites land between $1,500 and $5,000 depending on how many services you want covered properly and whether you want the automation behind it. Every project is scoped and quoted before any work starts — there is no hourly surprise at the end.

Because every one of these is scoped. A three-service plumber and a shop with nine trades and a maintenance plan are not the same job, and pretending otherwise with a checkout would mean either overcharging you or under-delivering. You get a call, a written scope and a Stripe invoice.

A Launch build is usually live inside a week. A full Growth build is two to three weeks, and the schedule is almost always set by how fast your photos arrive rather than by me.

Yes. The domain, the content and the code. There is no monthly fee required to keep it online and nothing stops you taking it elsewhere.
